Enjoyed the talk. One of the lesser known aspects of letting go of resentment is that it is usually connected with two things: expectation and hurt. We expected something to happen or not happen and it didn't (or did) and we felt and feel hurt as a result. Understanding these two things and letting them go is at the root of releasing anger. It's not that hard to do but having someone nearby who loves you is a big help.
